Miyanomori Ski Jump Stadium

The stadium was established in November 1970 as a venue for the 1972 Winter Olympics and used for 70-meter ski jumping events (today called normal-hill events, which have a K-spot at 90 meters and a hill height of 100 meters). It is remembered domestically as the place where three Japanese ski jumpers achieved a clean sweep of Olympic medals.
It was also a venue at Asia’s first FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in 2007, and has been used in the FIS Ladies Ski Jumping World Cup since 2013.

10 minutes on foot from the Miyanomori-Schanze Mae stop of the JR Bus (Maru 14 route) from Maruyama Koen Station on Subway Tozai Line.
